I am a doctoral candidate in Organizational Behavior at the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to my doctoral studies at Washington University, I worked as an analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. I received my B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering and a minor in Economics from the University of Michigan.

My research interests include matters of accountability in the workplace, as well as group dynamics, gender, and perceptions. In my dissertation work, I study the drivers, incidence, and consequences of leader blame and credit behaviors as responses to positive and negative outcomes within organizations.
